How to search your preferred product

There are several ways of how to search your preferred product. Once you choose your product you can place your order.

        Method 1: You can search your part number at “search store” and the item is directly appeared
        on the right hand side. This method is more suggested to wholesalers of car spare parts
        that are aware of the part numbers.

        Method 2: You can search your part number at “search your car”. You firstly choose your car
        i.e. Mazda and your model i.e. Familia. The system then asks you to put your car’s chassis (or model).
        This information is either found on the car registration certificate, or on a metallic plate in the car’s engine.
        If you are unable to find the chassis with either the both ways, you can select from the rest of the fields,
        which are engine, cc, and year of manufacture. Very Important is that you make sure that you choose
        the correct information otherwise there is the risk of choosing the wrong car and therefore the wrong items
        corresponding to it. You can also call any of our representatives at 22449222 between 8:00 to 17:30
        from Monday until Friday and they can guide you towards choosing your correct parts.

How to place your order

Once you choose your item(s) you then click Add to cart button. You then click to accept our
terms of service and conditions of use. Click read if you want to read these terms and check out to proceed.
If you are not already a registered member of our website you choose the option check out as guest.
If you are already a member you click on register and you put your e-mail address and password.

For Registered Users, at any point, Personal Data can be modified from My Account, while logged in. 

        1.    Select the products you would like to purchase by adding them into the Shopping Cart.

        2.    At any point during the purchase process, select the Shopping Cart View option to review all items
               selected to be purchased. While at the Shopping Cart, you can review ALL the contents and details
               of the Shopping Cart.

You Can:

        a.    Review and modify the Quantity for each product.

        b.    Review the Final Prices, including all taxes (including VAT) and all costs for the order.

3.    After reviewing the Shopping Cart, from the Shopping Cart View you can:

        a.    Continue shopping,

        b.    Modify the Quantity for any product selected and then click on the Update Cart option in order for the
               Shopping Cart to be updated with the changes you have chosen to perform.

        c.    Click to Select the Remove option for one or more products you decide to completely remove from the
               Shopping Cart and then click on the Update Cart option in order for the Shopping               
               Cart to be updated with the changes you have chosen to perform.

        d.    Click to Select the Remove option for ALL the products in the Shopping Cart and then click on the
               Update Cart option in order for the Shopping Cart to be updated with the changes you               
               have chosen to perform. This action will empty completely empty the Shopping Cart.

         e.    Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Proceed to Payment.

         f.    Checkout and complete the purchase


4.    Delivery Options and shipping charges

        You have the choice of receiving your order via any of the following methods

        1) Courier delivery at your house - The delivery charge is €5 (VAT Included)
 
        2) Pickup from any of our courier’s stores (see Akis Express courier store network)
            The delivery charge is €3 (VAT Included)

        3) Collection from Z. ZENIOS SPARE PARTS shop. Payment at Z. ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD shop with
            no obligation on the buyer’s part to purchase the item.

            Payment can be made in two ways

                a.    ΒΥ PayPal in the case of Online payment, and
                b.    Upon receipt of the goods

        Payment is always made upon receipt of the goods.
        The Final step is your order confirmation.

5.    After submitting the delivery address you want your order to be delivered to, you can:

        a.    Review ALL the contents of the Shopping Cart along with:
                i.    The Quantity for each product.
                ii.    The Final Prices, including all taxes (including VAT) and all costs for the order.
                iii.    The Delivery costs, if any.

        b.     Go Back to Shopping Cart, where you can Review and/ or Alter
               information related to your purchase, as per Step 3 above.

        c.    Review/ Modify:
                i.    The Shipping Address
                        1.    Your Personal Details, including Address and Phone.
                        2.    The person to receive the products purchased.
                ii.    The Billing Address
                iii.    The Shipping Method
                iv.    The Payment Method
                v.    Payment Information
 

In case you will pay by PayPal, after Proceeding to Payment you can complete your Purchase clicking on the PayPal icon.

        6.    By clicking on the PayPal icon you will be transferred to the PayPal website, where:

                a.    If you already are a registered member, you will review the items and amount to be paid,
                       without being able to alter any of the information displayed, and confirm the purchase
                       if you decide to proceed.

                b.    If you are not a registered member, you will be asked to complete the PayPal registration process,
                       following PayPal directions, and then review the items and amount to be paid, without being able to
                       alter any of the information displayed, and confirm the purchase if you decide to proceed.

        7.     Once you click on confirm please wait for a call from a representative (usually the next working day)
                in order to inform you when your order will be ready for collection from store or shipment at
                your house or at the local courier store.

Also, we will send you a purchase confirmation by email within a day. By the same token we shall also inform you
by return email if we are not able to accept your order.


How to check the progress of your order (this facility only applies to website members)

Click Log in and put your e-mail address and password. The Tab My Account will then be available.
Click on My Account and go to Customers orders.
You should then be able to view your order. Click on details to see your order’s progress.

If for any reason the details of your order are not correct please contact on 22449222 to view the error.
